At TSHMYYXGS, every order contains more than just a product. It carries the form of a fantasy—a dragon, a creature, a claw, or something strange and intimate—that deserves to arrive safely.
Since our products are delicate, fantastical silicone creations, we take packaging and shipping very seriously. Every order is meticulously prepared before leaving our studio, with a focus on product protection, discreet shipping, and clear tracking support.
This guide explains how TSHMYYXGS handles order processing, international shipping, discreet packaging, tracking, and customs-related matters.
Processing Time
For in-stock items, order processing, quality inspection, and secure packaging typically take 2 to 5 business days before shipment.
During this phase, our team inspects the condition of the products, prepares protective packaging, and ensures the order is ready for international shipping.
Please note that custom products, pre-order items, or products requiring special handling may require additional preparation time.
Estimated International Shipping Times
TSHMYYXGS ships from Huizhou, Guangdong, China.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, the speed of local customs clearance, shipping routes, weather conditions, and carrier workload.
Estimated Shipping Times:
United States/Canada: 14 to 20 business days
Europe: 14 to 20 business days
New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days
Asia and Other Regions: 10 to 18 business days
These are only estimated shipping times. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, local holidays, courier backlogs, or regional delivery issues are beyond our direct control, but our team will do its best to assist you.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy.
TSHMYYXGS orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging. The exterior of the package does not display the TSHMYYXGS brand, product photos, or obvious product descriptions.
Your fantasy should arrive quietly and securely, without drawing unnecessary attention.
We use protective packaging to help minimize the risk of damage during international shipping. The goal is simple: your order should arrive in good condition and as discreetly as possible.
Customs Declaration
For international shipments, customs declaration information may be required.
TSHMYYXGS uses neutral and appropriate product descriptions for shipping and customs purposes. Specific declaration details may vary depending on the product type, destination country, and courier requirements.
Please note that customs clearance procedures are the responsibility of the destination country or region. In some cases, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply.
Tracking Information
Once your order is handed over to the courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package enters the carrier's system. For international orders, tracking updates may also be slower during customs clearance or when the package is transferred between logistics partners.
If you need to check the status of your shipment, please contact us at:

Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local processing fees, depending on the destination country or region.
These charges are beyond TSHMYYXGS's control and are typically the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure about potential charges, please check your local import regulations.
